How to Store Your Wedding Photos

by Through Lindsey’s Lens

So you just received your wedding gallery, the pictures are absolutely gorgeous and can’t wait to treasure them forever. But how do you make sure that your photos are safe, protected, and easily accessible to look at in the years to come? I’m here to share my best tips on how to store your wedding photos.

 01. Invest in a Quality Photo Album

The first step to storing your wedding photos is to invest in a quality photo album. This is a great way to keep the photos organized and easily accessible. Having your photos in physical form is the best way to make sure they won’t get lost on a harddrive in some random drawer. This will also be the easiest way to share your photos with your house guests.

02. Utilize Online Storage Online

Physical wedding albums can be subject to wear and tear, spills, or in worst case scenario natural disasters, so that is why online backup is important to have just in case. Online storage is a great way to back up your wedding photos and keep them safe from physical damage. Choose a reliable online storage provider to ensure your photos are securely stored. This also allows you to easily share your photos with friends and family.

03. Archive Your Photos

Archiving your wedding photos is a great way to ensure they are protected for the future. This can be done by scanning the photos and turning them into digital files, or by making a physical copy of each photo. This way, you will always have a backup of your photos in case of any damage or loss.

Storing your wedding photos doesn’t have to be a daunting task. With a little bit of planning and the right tools, you can ensure your photos are safely stored for years to come.
